LPP Manager (m/f)
Your tasks Process changes (entries, exits, salary changes, etc.) and prepare/transmit contribution files to internal or external payroll services within the required deadlines. Manage, verify and transmit all documents from pension institutions and clients. Ensure the follow-up of premium releases and support our clients with pension institutions. Inform clients and insured persons about elements related to their pension plan or pension situation. Prepare tender dossiers and establish comparisons in support of the relevant colleagues. Update client data in internal IT tools (Brokers, M-Files, etc.) according to established guidelines. Assist colleagues with specific tasks, notably during audits, organising information sessions for pension committees and preparing seminars for insured persons. Profile sought Proven experience ( minimum 3 years ) in the field of occupational pension provision in Switzerland. Good knowledge of individual pension provision, personal insurance and brokerage: an asset. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise. Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork. Excellent command of IT tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management). Knowledge of Brokers and/or M-Files is an asset. Rigour, versatility and discretion. Very good command of French and English; German is an asset.
