pThe Drop-In Onsite Support Engineer will provide hands-on IT support at customer locations, addressing end-user issues that cannot be resolved remotely. /p pLanguage support – English, French and Spanish Mandatory (Spoken and Written) /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pProvide onsite desktop support, Microsoft 365 support, hardware troubleshooting, smart-hands support, asset management, ServiceNow ticket updates, and VIP user support. /p h3Technical Skills Required /h3 h3End User Support /h3 ul liProvide face-to-face IT support to end users at customer premises. /li liDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. /li liSupport laptops, desktops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals. /li liAssist users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. /li liSupport VIP and executive users with priority handling and white-glove service. /li /ul h3IMACD Services /h3 ul liPerform Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) activities. /li liDeploy new devices and coordinate workstation setups for new hires. /li liExecute hardware refresh and device replacement programs. /li liDecommission and securely dispose of obsolete devices in accordance with customer policies. /li /ul h3Device Asset Management /h3 ul liManage end-user device inventory and asset lifecycle. /li liMaintain asset records and update Configuration Management Database (CMDB). /li liCoordinate hardware repairs and warranty replacements with vendors. /li liTrack asset allocation, stock levels, and device movements. /li /ul h3User Administration /h3 ul liCreate, modify, and disable user accounts as per approved requests. /li liSupport Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration activities. /li liHandle password resets, account unlocks, distribution groups, and access requests. /li liAssist users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment and troubleshooting. /li liLog, update, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. /li liEnsure tickets are properly categorized, prioritized, and documented. /li liMeet SLA commitments for incident response and resolution. /li liEscalate unresolved issues to appropriate support groups. /li /ul h3Security Compliance /h3 ul liFollow customer security policies and IT governance standards. /li liSupport endpoint security, antivirus, and patch compliance activities. /li liReport security incidents and policy violations. /li liEnsure compliance with data privacy and information security requirements. /li /ul h3Documentation Knowledge Management /h3 ul liCreate and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. /li liContribute to knowledge articles and known-error documentation. /li liMaintain accurate records of incidents, fixes, and asset changes. /li /ul h3Language Support /h3 ul liProvide onsite support in French and Spanish through verbal and written communication. /li liCommunicate effectively with Swiss and European users in their preferred language. /li liAssist in translating user requirements, incident details, and support documentation when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pGraduate/Diploma in IT with 3-6 years of desktop or field support experience. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
