Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven CRM Manager (m/f/x) to join our B2B marketing team. This role will focus primarily on managing and optimizing the email channel while also supporting the coordination of other CRM channels such as in-app messaging and product notifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategies, particularly in email marketing, and experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies with a primary focus on email marketing to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the B2B content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all CRM channels.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including planning, execution, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Support the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our CRM efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of CRM and other stakeholders on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in B2B marketing, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM tools and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a track record of driving successful CRM initiatives.
