This is your opportunity to work for a high quality electrical contracting services, specialising in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences and Airports. Our client are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Project preparation : Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication
- Inclusion on technical discussions & submittals.
- Coordinating with Customers / Clients and design teams
- Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including managing & communicating with subcontractors and vendors about any issues that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensuring site records for all labour, plant, materials, staff are maintained
- Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project
- Progress report to be maintained weekly; report on and manage any changes / variations
- Identify and track project risks
- Completing and reviewing all project paperwork
- Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety
Requirements :
- Electrical / Construction Industry Background & Vast Experience
- Experience Managing teams of trades staff
- Strong Communication Skills
- Accurate, attention to detail and a methodical nature
- Excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, Electrical installs, policies and regulations.
- Must speak fluent English
