Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Berlin
Salary: €70k - €80k
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute the marketing strategy for a fast-growing AI technology business. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and can build a scalable marketing engine that generates pipeline, supports revenue growth, and strengthens market position across Europe and selected US markets.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and executing the marketing strategy across account-based marketing, demand generation, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Building and running account-based marketing programmes targeting enterprise organisations across industrial sectors
- Partnering closely with Sales and leadership teams to generate pipeline and support strategic target accounts
- Developing messaging, content, campaigns, and founder-led marketing initiatives that resonate with enterprise buyers
- Driving awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across complex buying groups
- Measuring marketing performance, analysing funnel effectiveness, and continuously improving campaign performance
- Building and scaling marketing processes, tooling, content, events, and ways of working
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Supporting revenue growth through pipeline generation and commercial marketing initiatives
- Strengthening market position through thought leadership, customer engagement, and targeted campaigns
What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing, demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment
- Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating effectively within startup or scale-up businesses
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where it does not yet exist
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes
- Self-starters with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
