We’re looking for a dedicated Founders Associate. This is your opportunity to join our dynamic team and experience what it’s like to be an entrepreneur in a fast-paced startup. Tasks
- Drive Product Launches: Assist in the preparation and rollout of an upcoming product launch, including strategy formulation and market testing.
- Assist in Investor Relations: Support communications with venture capital investors, helping prepare updates and pitch decks that clearly convey our progress and vision.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business opportunities with potential partners, clients, and competitors.
- Daily Operations Support: Contribute to daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Take Initiative: Assume responsibility and bring creative ideas to the table to drive innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Currently in your Bachelor or Master program in a business or technical field.
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility to perform different tasks.
- Eager to push the boundaries in a dynamic work environment.
- Team player willing to go out of your way to help others.
- Great Microsoft Office skills (incl. Excel and PowerPoint).
- Solid skills in English and German.
- (Beneficial) Some touch points with the startup industry.
