Against a backdrop of strong growth and increasing operational complexity, our client is strengthening its IT support model to secure and scale its power trading operations. The goal is to ensure the availability of critical front-to-back systems, standardize support processes, and guarantee operational continuity across multiple asset classes and geographic regions.
Your TASKS
Run & Support L1/L2
- Handling incidents, service requests, and user questions on the Orchestrade platform
- Monitoring application health, batches, and interfaces during trading hours
- Prioritizing Critical Processes: Monthly Closing, EOD Batch, P&L Cut-off
- User Access Management in Compliance with SOX Policies
Tests & Releases
- Preparation and execution of functional, integration, and regression test plans
- Management of non-production environments, deployments, and release management
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Contribution to documentation, user training, and process automation
- Close collaboration with the Middle Office, Back Office, Front Office, Finance, Risk, and IT
Votre PROFIL
- Master's Degree in Orchestration
- Knowledge of the Electricity Markets (Power Trading)
- At least 5 years of experience in application support for ETRM systems
- Knowledge of SOX environments and IT internal controls
- Fluent in English and French
