Overview
In this role you own end-to-end PCB procurement for our contract manufacturers, ensuring on-time delivery and the required quality. You bridge Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, translating technical needs into supplier-ready data and driving cost, lead time, and performance. You will support NPI, ECOs, and manufacturing changes to scale our sUAS production. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier collaboration and risk management while upholding IPC and customer specs.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own PCB procurement end-to-end from RFQ to closure
- Translate engineering requirements into supplier-ready data (BOMs, Gerbers, stackups)
- Manage contract manufacturers including on-site visits and performance drive (cost, quality, lead time)
- Optimize cost and lead time via RFQs and negotiation
- Mitigate supply/technical risks through material availability and alternates
- Support NPI and engineering changes (ramp-up, ECO impacts)
- Ensure quality/compliance with QA/engineering and supplier performance tracking
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and provide clear status updates
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical background in electronics or PCBs with the ability to read schematics and files
- Experience in electronics/PCB procurement or with PCB fabs/CMs
- Ability to discuss layer counts, impedance, tolerances, DFM/DFT with engineers
- Strong commercial/negotiation skills (quotes, cost breakdowns, MOQs)
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with parallel order tracking
- Tool-savvy with Netsuit ERP/MRP and engineering tools (Altium, KiCad, Cadence, Excel/Sheets)
- Clear communication in English and German; cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with PLM/ECN/FOC, FAI (AS9102) and quality documentation
