Overview
In this role, you craft social-native concepts for Quantum Systems’ channels, turning observations from test flights, factories, or security developments into engaging formats. You build recurring series and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more, with briefs that a creator can execute independently. You push ideas from seed to brief, supported by moodboards, storyboards, and test footage. You join a bold, innovation-driven team shaping aerial data storytelling for a defense-centric audience.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ideate and own the ongoing social content concepts and weekly idea pipeline
- Match ideas to appropriate formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels
- Develop recurring formats and cross-channel campaigns from concept to briefing materials
- Create editoral concepts for long-form YouTube episodes and short documentaries
- Write briefs detailing hook, story arc, shot list, and do/don'ts, with visual proofs (moodboard, storyboard, or frame in Figma)
- Gather and synthesize signals (examples, visuals, trends) to shape viable concepts while avoiding inappropriate content for a defense company
- Maintain a reference library of inspirations and demonstrate how they informed concepts
- Demonstrate craft through a tangible concept sample (phone footage, rough cut, single frame)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure concepts align with product, brand, and regulatory constraints
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2–3 years of concepting social-first posts and campaigns (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio of live ideas including posts, at least one recurring format, and at least one campaign with measurable outcome
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; understanding channel strengths and constraints
- Ability to assess whether an idea suits a single post, a series, or a campaign; build around hook, tension, and payoff
- A habit of saving and referencing materials (Reels, Pinterest, etc.) and ability to trace concept evolution in interviews
- Short, precise English writing
- Evidence of hands-on idea development: phone footage, rough cut, single frame
- Knowledge of formats, story structure, and how titles/thumbnails impact YouTube performance
