Order Processing Manager

You are a key function within our fulfillment team, responsible for communication with our worldwide dealers and coordinating order and delivery processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders from Supply Chain Management, Production, and Warehouse, ensuring smooth international goods flows.

Day to Day Mission

• Communicate and coordinate with global dealers for order and delivery processes, especially in third countries.
• Create order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes in the internal ERP system.
• Ensure materials are available for shipment at the agreed time and correctly booked in the ERP system.
• Support the team in handling returns and compensation deliveries.
• Collaborate with external logistics service providers for planning and execution of shipments to customers.
• Prepare required documents for export processing (customs declarations and related documents such as EUR1, COO, ATR, Carnet ATA).
• Apply for and correspond regarding export licenses with BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control).

What You Bring to the Team

• Completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics clerk or comparable).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in international order processing, customer service, or warehouse management.
• Interest in customs and export processing topics.
• Open, communicative, friendly, and competent demeanor, recognized as an internal expert.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluent in German and English, with natural communication skills.

Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
