Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. /p h3Production Support Technical Oversight /h3 ul liTechnical support for production of kinetic defense items including projectiles, warheads, rocket motors, and explosive components /li liMonitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and performance /li liCoordination with engineering and production teams to implement design updates, process improvements, and corrective actions /li liRoot cause and failure analysis for defects, non-conformances, and test results /li liTechnical ownership of kinetic systems including munitions, energetics, rocket motors, fuses, and guided systems /li liSupport system integration activities and validation testing of prototypes and production units /li liOversight of handling, storage, transport, and disposal of energetic materials /li liDevelopment of SOPs, hazard analyses, risk assessments, and compliance with explosive safety standards /li liDesign and setup of production and handling sites for energetic materials /li liManagement of ammunition tracking, serialization, and lifecycle documentation /li /ul h3Safety, Security Compliance /h3 ul liTechnical authority for explosive safety and occupational health risks /li liExecution of safety audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities /li liLeadership of incident investigations when required /li liSafety analysis and site design aligned with local and international regulations /li /ul h3Quality Assurance Process Control /h3 ul liAnalysis of process control data and implementation of continuous improvement actions /li liSupport product qualification, certification, and manufacturing change approvals /li liMaintenance of production records, test documentation, and configuration control /li /ul h3Organizational Administrative Support /h3 ul liScheduling, resource coordination, and project tracking support for the Kinetics team /li liPreparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation /li liCoordination with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams /li liSupport budgeting, cost estimation, customer interactions, and program reviews /li liMentoring junior engineers and technicians /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience in munitions, defense manufacturing, or energetic materials. /li liProven hands-on expertise in kinetic weapons systems and explosive production within regulated defense environments. /li liStrong technical knowledge of propellants, explosives, energetic manufacturing processes, and materials science. /li liExperience with quality systems, statistical process control, CAD tools, and technical documentation. /li liIn-depth understanding of explosive safety standards, military regulations, and defense trade compliance. /li liExposure to advanced and emerging defense production technologies and kinetic systems. /li liDemonstrated technical leadership, structured problem-solving, and a strong safety-first mindset. /li liHigh attention to detail, clear communication skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration. /li liAdaptable, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement. /li liIn-depth knowledge of explosive safety standards ( NATO AASTP-1, MIL-SPEC and other regulations). /li liUnderstanding of ITAR, EAR, and defense trade compliance requirements. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou’re a hands-on technical expert who feels at home where precision, safety, and performance matter most.
