We're seeking an experienced Vice President, and a strategic Market Researcher to lead a high‑profile global client program. This senior‑level consulting role is for an accomplished market research professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, advising executive stakeholders, and delivering research that influences strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for a select global client, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Consult with clients to understand business objectives and recommend research approaches that address complex strategic questions.
Apply advanced expertise in quantitative market research to guide study design, methodology, and analytical frameworks.
Interpret complex research findings and transform data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
Deliver compelling executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and thought leadership materials that support critical business decisions.
Lead multiple concurrent research initiatives while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across research, analytics, operations, and delivery to execute complex global research programs.
Identify opportunities to improve methodologies, workflows, and client outcomes through innovation and continuous improvement.
Mentor colleagues by sharing market research expertise and contributing to best practices across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or a closely related field requiring advanced analytical study (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience leading custom quantitative market research within a research agency, consulting firm, or similar professional services environment.
Deep expertise in quantitative market research methodologies, including brand tracking, brand equity, segmentation, positioning, and customer insights.
Strong understanding of questionnaire design, sampling methodologies, weighting, statistical significance, and research quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate insights to executive audiences.
Exceptional critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem‑solving skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Experience managing multiple priorities while exercising sound professional judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
Financial services research experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience leading custom quantitative market research in a professional services environment.
Expertise in quantitative market research methodologies such as brand tracking and segmentation.
Strong skills in questionnaire design, sampling, weighting, and statistical significance.
Ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate insights to executive audiences.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities with a talent for simplifying complex information.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of financial services research is a plus.
