As a Project Manager, you'll be the trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers—designing innovative solutions, leading Proofs of Concept, supporting technical sales activities and ensuring customers maximise the value of the platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with enterprise retail customers to understand their business objectives and operational challenges.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and long-term platform strategy.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
- Collaborate closely with Sales during RFPs, technical presentations and customer negotiations.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Project Management and Customer Success teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from store operations through to executive leadership.
- Support successful solution deployment and customer adoption.
- Travel to customer sites across Germany and occasionally internationally.
What we're looking for
- You'll be someone who enjoys solving complex customer challenges and can confidently communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- 3-5+ years in a Solution Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant or IT Project Management role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture and customer-facing consulting.
- Experience delivering technical workshops and Proofs of Concept.
- Comfortable working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent German (C1+) and English speaking
- Engineering or Computer Science degree
