Project Manager – Product & Project Delivery (m/f/d)

As Project Manager – Product & Delivery, you will coordinate the successful implementation of our software products Makalu and Clipbox in demanding large-scale international projects. You will act as the central link between product development, the project delivery team, and our customers.

Your Tasks

• Project management, monitoring, and documentation of software delivery projects in the areas of media, IT, and entertainment
• Definition and fulfillment of project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Responsibility for project communication with customers, product teams, and other project participants
• Organizational handling in cooperation with sales, product development, and the project team
• Forming and managing project teams and external personnel
• Creating, updating, publishing, and filing project-related documents

Your Profile

• Completed technical/commercial degree or training (e.g., business informatics, media informatics, IT systems management)
• Professional experience in project management in the media sector and proven experience with software projects is an advantage
• Certifications in project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desirable
• Knowledge of topics such as: Cloud-related infrastructure solutions (e.g., AWS), system integration, software solutions in the media sector (e.g., playout)
• Strong communication skills, confidence in negotiations and presentations
• Confident use of all common Office applications and knowledge of Jira is an advantage
• Fluent English and very good written and spoken German
