CNC Specialist (m/f/d)

As a CNC specialist, you will be responsible for programming, operating and monitoring our CNC machines. You will work on ultra-modern systems and manufacture precise components for our packaging machines. Your tasks will include creating CNC programs, setting up the machines, quality assurance of the manufactured parts and continuous optimization of the production processes. Your tasks

This is what you do with us:

• Creation of CNC programs using CAM software or directly on the machine
• Adaptation of programs according to specific requirements and workpieces
• Setting up workpieces, tools and clamping devices on the CNC machine
• Monitoring the production process and adjusting parameters as required
• Monitoring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of manufactured parts
• Carrying out measurements and tests to ensure that the manufactured workpieces meet the specifications

Your profile

What you bring to the team:

• Completed training in the field of machining technology, CNC technology or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of programming, setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Professional experience in CNC machining
• Confident in using CAM software to create CNC programs.
• Ability to adapt and optimize CNC programs
