Clinical Research Coordinator / Heidelberg, Germany

Looking to be the heartbeat of clinical research? Our client is searching for a Research Coordinator to assist in turning innovative science into life-changing care!

R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Study Coordinator to support clinical trial activities in the field of pulmonology. This role involves assisting with study documentation, managing patient visits, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring smooth trial operations. The position is part-time, offering flexibility from Monday to Friday, and is based onsite in Heidelberg.

Responsibilities:

• Help organize and maintain study-related documents.
• Enter and manage data in electronic systems, resolving any issues that arise.
• Handle, process, and ship lab samples to international labs.
• Submit lab reports and imaging files to external service providers.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare for patient visits and schedule appointments.
• Keep patient and investigator site files up to date.
• Attend monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working in clinical trials as a Study Nurse or Study Coordinator.
• Familiarity with pulmonology studies and related terminology.
• Knowledge of electronic data capture systems like Inform and Veeva EDC.
• Ability to use laboratory reporting applications.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-friendly approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Completed ICH-GCP training within the last 12 months.
• Valid IATA certification with at least six months before expiration.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary:

• €60 to €70 per hour.
