R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Expert – mAb Manufacturing to support a biotechnology company in the establishment of a new biopharma manufacturing site. This role requires a hands‑on expert with a strong background in mAb production and GMP biopharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance for the setup of a new biopharma manufacturing facility.
- Oversee equipment, cleanroom, and single-use system commissioning.
- Develop compliant processes, standards, and operating models.
- Prepare and assess GMP documentation and conduct risk evaluations.
- Offer technical input for qualification, validation, and operational readiness.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical/Process Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in GMP biopharma manufacturing.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in mAb production, TFF, UF/DF filtration, and single‑use systems.
- Experience in facility startup, commissioning, or construction.
- Solid knowledge of GMP documentation, risk assessments, qualification, and validation.
- Structured, independent, and solution‑driven working style with strong execution capabilities.
- Effective technical leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Salary:
- €75- €85/hr
