This is how You Make a Difference

We're currently looking for an Admin/Accounts Clerk to support our team in part-time. Your tasks will include the following:

• Basic bookkeeping such as verifying and reviewing invoices and booking them in the system.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements against outstanding invoices.
• Review and assist in processing employee expense claims.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Catering arrangement (company meetings, lunches, and other company events).
• Handle office interactions with outside visitors. This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries and handling requests/complaints in a professional manner.
• Occasionally organise travel arrangements for employees.
• Manage staff amenity provision such as replenishing coffee, tea, milk, fruit, toiletries, etc.
• Liaise with external/internal parties for office entry, security, power supply and coffee machine maintenance, etc.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Other tasks as assigned.

You are

• well organised and manage your time effectively.
• a strong verbal and written communicator.
• detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
• creative and proactively suggest improvements.

What you Bring to the Table

• High School Certificate at a minimum.
• Bachelor degree in Finance area is preferrable.
• 2-3 years experience in the adminstration and accounts area (especially Accounts Payable).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally MYOB.
• Basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions.
