Data Manager

R3AL Management GmbH would like to give you the opportunity to start working as a Data Manager Commercial Property Management as soon as possible as part of a full-time or part-time model supporting the company, which was founded in 2021, in project work.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking responsibility for projects/sub-projects with a focus on data management, digitalization and automation tasks.
2. This includes short and long-term design and implementation of the data landscape as well as anchoring central data management standards and guidelines in the company.
3. Analysis of our clients\‘ external and internal data sources to derive optimization potential and develop key figures in a suitable environment.
4. Developing test routines and quality assurance models, including creating application and process documentation.
5. First and second level support for users (and after qualification for system admins).
6. Recording and preparation of master data and documents in common property management systems (SAP; Yardi Voyager 7s; CAFM systems).

Qualifications:

1. You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on real estate management, or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate economist, real estate specialist, commercial training).
2. You have professional experience in the property industry, especially in the field of data management and/or data infrastructure / data governance / data processing.
3. Ideally, you have good application knowledge of management systems such as Yardi Voyager 7s, REALAX, SAP FX or similar.
4. You have technical problem-solving skills to improve and plausibilise data and information.
5. You have the desire to think outside the box and are open to new ideas.
