Working closely with our internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to smooth transport operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to customer inquiries and address their needs by providing accurate and timely information about our services. /li liSupport shipment management from initial handling through to final delivery, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved efficiently. /li liAssist with the planning, organisation and management of groupage shipments. /li liSupport the preparation, organisation and verification of shipping documentation. /li liContribute to the preparation of loading plans and the identification of the most suitable transport solutions. /li liCoordinate and liaise with Business Unit counterparts within the Raben Group, carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have completed secondary education or hold a university degree.
