As a Sanitary Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of your projects, from acquisition to final delivery.
Sanitary Project Manager - Raboud Energie SAYour tasks Develop and maintain your client portfolio, prepare offers and negotiate prices.
Manage sanitary projects in their entirety.
Initiate execution plans and diagrams with the technical office.
Coordinate the various stakeholders (architects, agents, suppliers, subcontractors and other trades).
Organise assembly teams in collaboration with other project managers.
Order materials and ensure smooth progress of construction sites.
Monitor the financial aspects of projects (budget, costs, invoicing).
Guarantee the quality of installations until handover.
Actively participate in internal coordination meetings.
Your profile You are an organised, autonomous and solution-oriented person.
You notably bring: A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an installer or planner in building sanitary technology or equivalent training.
Proven experience in managing sanitary projects of all sizes.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Good negotiation skills and a strong cost awareness.
Ease in relationships with clients and partners.
Natural leadership and team spirit.
Good decision-making ability and support for teams.
