Your duties:
- Supporting our LATAM customers from the office and on-site by managing complex and demanding event requirements
- Takes care of the emergency line for our LATAM customers
- Conducting customer-specific training
- International customer contact in the technical field
- Documenting our products in our knowledge base and internal knowledge transfer
- Acting as an extension of the development team for testing new products and contacting customers
Your profile:
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or others are a plus
- You are available and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis and work on weekends when required for customer events
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a proactive, self-driven professional who enjoys working independently
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers and partners
- You have a background in software development, programming, software engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in sports timing, endurance events, or the sports technology industry is considered an asset
- You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
