As Manager - Data Analytics & AI (d/w/m),you’ll drive the end-to-end digital transformation of our clients’ finance functions: You’ll lead projects to implement modern data analytics and AI solutions, ranging from AI readiness assessments to the development of data warehouses and pipelines, all the way to Power BI dashboards and automated management and investor reporting. You’ll advise clients at the decision-making level, providing both technical and managerial leadership to project teams, ensuring the quality of results for the client, and actively contributing to the further development of our data analytics divisionas well as our internal and external AI solutions.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 5+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence, or corporate finance/controlling, ideally including several years in consulting or auditing
- Proven experience leading projects and teams, as well as working directly with clients at the management level
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI as well as in building data models and data warehouses, including MS Fabric, PostgreSQL or similiar
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both spoken and written German and English
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong hands-on approach, and leadership skills, and you enjoy helping both clients and your team achieve success
