Key Responsibilities
- Interpretation of Imaging Studies: Review and interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, depending on expertise.
- Timely Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive reports for routine and STAT cases within the required turnaround times (e.g., 24 hours for routine and 1 hour for STAT cases).
- Collaboration: Communicate with referring physicians and healthcare providers to discuss findings and ensure clinical relevance of reports.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in diagnostic accuracy and adhere to company policies and ACR radiology guidelines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- MD, DO, degree in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in subspecialties (e.g., Neuroradiology, MSK, Body Imaging, etc.) is a plus.
- Licensing:
- Valid state licenses required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiology (teleradiology experience preferred).
- Familiarity with a range of diagnostic modalities and software systems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience using PACS, RIS, and voice recognition tools.
- Strong internet connectivity and a reliable workstation setup.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
