The Clinical Specialist (d/f/m)
The Clinical Specialist (d/f/m) is responsible for providing clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals using Masimo’s non-invasive patient monitoring technologies. Working closely with customers and the Sales team, you will support the implementation of Masimo solutions, provide clinical education and training, and help develop solutions tailored to individual customer needs. You will also provide ongoing clinical support and represent Masimo technologies at workshops, trade fairs and congresses. This position reports to the Regional Manager and is part of the German Sales Team. The position is remote and covers Northern Germany (Hanover, Bremen, Hamburg area).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the implementation and use of Masimo’s non-invasive patient monitoring technologies directly at customer sites.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions for customers in collaboration with the Sales team and provide continued support following implementation.
- Train clinical and nursing staff on Masimo technologies, either at customer sites or in the Masimo training center.
- Present Masimo technologies at workshops, trade fairs and congresses.
- Document and communicate customer feedback through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with national and international teams, including Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Medical qualification, for example as a registered nurse, cardiac technician, or comparable healthcare professional;
- specialized clinical training is an advantage.
- Strong clinical expertise and a good understanding of hospital processes and patient monitoring technologies.
- Confident and personable communication style when interacting with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Ability and motivation to develop customer solutions collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time within the assigned territory, including customer visits and occasional overnight stays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
