We, RAILPOOL Lokservice GmbH & Co. KG, are part of the RAILPOOL Group and are responsible for carrying out maintenance work on Railpool locomotives and third‑party vehicles. As the only independent workshop in Hamburg, we offer a comprehensive technical service for railway vehicles at the following locations, which mainly includes maintenance, inspections and overhauls of modern electric locomotives: RAILPOOL Lokservice Workshop Altenwerder (RLS ALW) - Dradenauer Deichweg 2, 21129 Hamburg RAILPOOL Lokservice Workshop Billbrook (RLS BLB) - Grusonstr. 46, 22113 Hamburg

WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET

• Du übernimmst die Leitung bzw. Vorbereitung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in unseren Werkstätten, die vom „Tagesgeschäft“ abweichen und technisch aufwendig sind, z.B. spezielle Kundenprojekte, Umbauten etc.
• Du unterstützt die Werkstatt bei der technischen Fehleranalyse und leitest nachhaltige Abstellmaßnahmen ein
• Die technische Vorbereitung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inklusive Koordination der erforderlichen Unterlagen, Materialien und Softwarestände liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich
• Du analysierst wiederkehrende Störungen und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Fehlervermeidung
• Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Prüfprotokolle und Instandhaltungsunterlagen
• Du unterstützt bei der technischen Bewertung von Bauteilen sowie bei der Entscheidung über Reparatur oder Austausch
• Du bringst idealerweise die Befähigung zum Sachverständigen gemäß EBO §33 mit oder bist bereit, diese zu erlangen
• Erstellung technischer Auswertungen und Berichte zu Störungen, Schadensbildern und Fahrzeugzuständen
• Unterstützung bei der Ersatzteilrecherche und technischen Klärung von Materialbedarfen
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Betrieb, Werkstatt und Flottenmanagement zusammen
• Gemeinsam mit Werkstattmitarbeitern und Bauartbetreuern werden außergewöhnliche Ereignisse im Betrieb der Fahrzeuge bewertet
• Du bringst Dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und technischen Abläufen im Team ein

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur:in, oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Lokomotiven ist bereits vorhanden, optimalerweise im Bereich Alstom Traxx und / oder Siemens Vectron
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
• Die Arbeit mit technischer Dokumentation macht Dir Spaß
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich (C1 Niveau) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist wünschenswert
• Deine strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab
