Im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit betreust Du den gesamten operativen Einkaufsprozess für die Versorgung unserer Lokomotiven mit Ersatzteilen jeglicher Art. Hieraus ergeben sich für Dich folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
Du übernimmst die Abwicklung des operativen Einkaufs in unterschiedlichen Warengruppen einschließlich Bedarfsermittlung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Bestellungen
Die Terminverfolgung sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung liegen in Deiner Hand
Du verhandelst mit den Lieferanten unter Beachtung der Konditionen und Lieferbedingungen
An der Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Materialversorgung unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen wirkst Du mit
Die Stammdatenpflege im unternehmenseigenen ERP-System (Infor M3) runden Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab
WAS DU MITBRINGST
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Logistikkaufmann/-frau oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise konntest Du bereits relevante Berufserfahrung sammeln
Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Bestenfalls hast Du bereits mit ERP-Systemen gearbeitet
Du besitzt eine sehr hohe Technik-Affinität, hast ein gutes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein und bringst Verhandlungsgeschick mit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
