(Senior) Product Manager- Deposit Brokerage (m / f / d)

Product at Raisin requires a broad set of soft and hard skills. While every day is different, we see the following as a useful guide to what to expect:

Responsibilities

1. You will be the go-to expert for your product and understand how company-level business results are influenced by your product.
2. You will lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business-related product problems. Clearly express their value and success criteria, and identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions to qualify. Exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.
3. You will foster a habit of working with data and improve data availability.
4. You will help identify the most valuable and feasible path for the next 12 months, gaining buy-in and inspiring colleagues to help realize it.
5. You will author and transparently communicate quarterly OKRs and plans with your Engineering lead, ensuring they have clear value, strategic connection, and realism, and seek buy-in from your team and stakeholders.
6. You will collaborate effectively with engineering and design colleagues, understanding best practices and creating high-level solutions that withstand critique.
7. You will foster a team culture of continuous feedback, public praise, and private learning opportunities, sharing failures as collective outcomes.
8. You will establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels with your stakeholder groups, understanding their goals and pains, and conveying complex topics simply and effectively.
9. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams through complexity and ambiguity to reach alignment and make meaningful decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 6+ years total experience working on or with technology-powered products in product or related areas (e.g., development, operations, design)
• Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers

Should haves:

• Experience in the B2C side of a two-sided marketplace product and/or eCommerce

Important attributes for this role:

• You are detail-oriented and analytical (ideally with a bachelor’s degree or previous experience in an analytical discipline)
• You are organized and capable of managing multiple topics simultaneously, progressing multiple initiatives in parallel.
