(Senior) Product Manager- Deposit Brokerage (m / f / d)

Product at Raisin requires a broad set of soft and hard skills. While every day is different, we see the following as a useful guide to what to expect:

Responsibilities

1. You will be the go-to expert for your product and understand how company-level business results are influenced by it.
2. You will lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business-related product problems, clearly expressing their value and success criteria, and identifying risks, dependencies, and assumptions to qualify.
3. You will foster a data-driven culture and work to improve data availability.
4. You will help define the most valuable and feasible path for the next 12 months, securing buy-in and inspiring colleagues to help realize it.
5. You will author and transparently communicate quarterly OKRs and plans with your Engineering lead, ensuring they have clear value, strategy alignment, and realistic goals, and seek stakeholder buy-in.
6. You will collaborate effectively with engineering and design colleagues, possessing sufficient understanding of best practices and implementations to sketch coherent high-level solutions.
7. You will promote a team culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and shared accountability for failures.
8. You will establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels with all stakeholder groups, understanding their goals and pains, and conveying complex topics simply and effectively.
9. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams through complexity and ambiguity to reach alignment and make meaningful decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 6+ years of experience working on or with technology-powered products in product or related areas (e.g., development, operations, design)
• Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers

Should haves:

• Experience in B2C side of a two-sided marketplace product and/or eCommerce

Important attributes for this role:

• You are detail-oriented and analytical (ideally with a bachelor’s degree or experience in an analytical discipline)
• You are organized and capable of managing multiple topics in parallel
