Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick-start your career through an international graduate program designed to prepare you for a future role in field application engineering or account managment.
During the program, you will build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands-on experience, and international exposure.
Networking & Learning

- Participate in structured training programs to support your development
On-the-job Experience
- Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions
- Support customers in solving pre- and post-sales technical challenges
Coaching & Development
- Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits
- Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program
- Develop into a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) or Account Manager (m/f/d) within 18-24 months

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Interest in test & measurement / data acquisition technologies
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Fluent German & English
- Fast learner with innovative mindset
- Driving license & willingness to travel
