Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated talents to support our growth strategy in key markets. The role of Senior Sales Executive, Children\’s Wear (w/m/d), involves acting as a brand ambassador responsible for transmitting and implementing the brand strategy at our points of sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell collections in our showroom
• Regular visits to designated accounts and assessing prospective clients for growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, negotiate purchase levels, and analyze sales trends
• Provide end-of-season reports and overall financial performance analysis
• Assist in preparing business plans

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant academic background, preferably with a focus on commerce and business
• Retail experience and familiarity with the children\’s wear market in Central Europe
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels
• Understanding of Key Performance Indicators
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop effective business relationships
• Organized with a structured, analytical approach
• Fluent in German and English
