Essential Duties & Responsibilities
– Develop customer relationships
– Convey the brand message to enhance the customer journey
– Provide an outstanding shopping experience to significantly influence sales in assigned stores/areas
– Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and synergy promotion
– Support leadership in creating an inclusive, customer-focused work environment
– Assist management in achieving sales and profit goals using service metrics
– Help develop the team’s product knowledge and sales culture
– Be an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, processes, and cash management
– Ensure compliance with brand standards and presentation
– Support marketing initiatives and pricing changes
