Your Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets within the French market through market development and customer acquisition.
• Manage and develop distribution partners, key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and being able to identify opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and new business opportunities, market segments, and application fields while strengthening long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to derive actionable sales strategies and support future business growth

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills combined with a results‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in French and English and willing to travel extensively within France (approximately 50%).
