Support the implementation, operation, and improvement of digital systems used across the organization. Gather user requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend system enhancements. Configure applications, coordinate integrations and updates, and investigate technical or functional issues. Support testing, user training, and system documentation, working with business teams, IT, and vendors to improve reliability, usability, and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in systems analysis, application support, digital implementation, or technical operations.
- Understanding of business requirements, process mapping, and system development lifecycles.
- Experience with application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, or system integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to assess system performance and translate user needs into practical improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills when working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate changes, documentation, and implementation deadlines.
- Awareness of access controls, data security, and responsible handling of business information.
