- Base for this is the analysis of the current system landscape and other material covering scope and requirements as well as guidelines for the client's architecture.
- It is expected that substantial portions of the future system(s) will be custom developed and the program will grow to over 500 people overall.
- To set this up, a core team of architects, delivery leads, project managers with experience in enterprise architecture, domain design, system architecture/design, infrastructure design, make/buy/use evaluation, solutioning, estimating, planning, delivery approach design, agile delivery, SAFe, etc. is needed.
