Remote Power BI Expert

Are you a seasoned Power BI expert with a passion for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights? Do you thrive in a collaborative yet independent remote environment? Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a talented Power BI Expert to join our team.

In this remote role, you will be a key player in designing and developing compelling reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. You will work within one hour of Swiss local time, giving you the flexibility of remote work with the benefit of close collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Design Reports: Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible and actionable.
• Data Modeling: Build and optimize robust data models using DAX to ensure efficient processing and accurate insights.
• Data Integration: Connect Power BI to a variety of data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and other cloud-based platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure all reports and dashboards are optimized for speed, scalability, and user accessibility.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, from business analysts to data scientists, to translate their needs into powerful technical solutions.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven Power BI Expertise: You have extensive experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. Experience in a research context is a plus.
• Strong Technical Skills: You are an expert in data modeling, DAX, and integrating Power BI with various data sources.
• Independent & Proactive: You can work effectively in ambiguous environments and take the initiative to identify and resolve issues on your own.
• Accountable: You have a strong sense of responsibility for your deliverables and can effectively manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Adaptable: You\’re eager to learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements.
