Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, with a strong focus on HCM integrations.
- Advanced expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and Fast Formulas.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture, CI/CD practices, and engineering standards.
- Must live within commuting distance of Bellevue, Washington; Madison, New Jersey; New York City, New York; or Boston, Massachusetts, for a hybrid schedule after conversion.
- Preferred: Experience in SOX-compliant or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and creating custom HCM security roles.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum development and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external platforms, including Fidelity, Shareworks, and Aetna.
- Build custom OIC integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loaders, Fast Formulas, and RTF/XSLT templates.
- Configure and maintain HCM security roles, workflows, approval routing, and Visual Builder Studio page customizations.
- Review code and architecture, create engineering runbooks, and mentor colleagues to strengthen operational coverage.
- Lead escalations involving production troubleshooting, system monitoring, and root-cause analysis for critical data pipelines.
