and acceptance criteria. /liliAnalyze test failures, identify trends and anomalies, and provide clear recommendations for corrective actions. /liliEnsure verification evidence and test documentation are complete, traceable, and compliant with applicable quality processes. /liliContribute to the definition and continuous improvement of test strategies, test concepts, test cases, and verification methods. /li /ul h3Test Automation Framework Development /h3 ulliDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve automated test frameworks, libraries, and test environments. /liliCreate reusable Python-based test utilities and Robot Framework components. /liliImprove test execution speed, reliability, maintainability, scalability, and diagnostic capabilities. /liliIntegrate automated testing into modern software development and verification workflows. /liliMaintain test infrastructure, interfaces, configurations, and supporting tools required for automated verification. /liliIdentify opportunities to automate manual verification activities and reduce overall test effort. /li /ul h3Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting /h3 ulliPerform structured broot cause analysis /b of HW/SW product issues identified during verification. /liliTroubleshoot complex problems across hardware, embedded software, communication interfaces, test environments, and automation infrastructure. /liliCollaborate with development teams to reproduce, isolate, analyze, and resolve defects. /liliPerform structured data analysis of test results and system behavior to identify failure patterns and potential product risks. /liliDocument findings clearly and support defect resolution through the complete verification lifecycle. /li /ul h3Team Coordination Technical Leadership /h3 ulliCoordinate and ensure timely delivery of test results. /liliProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to test engineers. /liliReview test concepts, test cases, automation implementations, and verification results. /liliPromote consistent testing methods, coding standards, documentation practices, and quality processes across the team. /liliAct as a technical point of contact for verification topics within cross‑functional project teams. /liliSupport project planning, estimation, risk identification, and reporting of verification activities. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional modern software development, verification processes, and supporting tools. /liliStrong practical experience developing, maintaining, and executing bautomated HIL test sequences using Python and Robot Framework /b. /lilib5–8+ years of experience /b executing automated verification campaigns and analyzing test results. /liliProven experience performing broot cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware‑and software‑related product issues /b. /liliExperience with structured analysis of test data, logs, measurements, and system behavior. /liliProven experience maintaining and improving
