Job Title: Energy Transition Project Manager Type: Perm Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the engineering team, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the entire lifecycle of energy transition projects. The core missions include:
End-to-End Project Management: Ensure the A-to-Z implementation of renewable energy and grid integration projects, optimizing resources and guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
Photovoltaics (PV) & Infrastructure: Take charge of the planning and design of photovoltaic installations, with a particular focus on infrastructure-integrated PV.
Wind & Systems: Develop system solutions and tailored infrastructures for wind farms.
Microgrids & Self-Consumption: Drive the implementation of smart grids (microgrids) and self-consumption communities (RCP / CEL / ZEV).
Electrical Grids: Actively participate in the development and expansion of medium and low-voltage networks.
Regulatory Aspects: Coordinate and successfully complete all authorization and compliance procedures related to the projects.
Profile Required:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in energy infrastructure project management.
Education: Engineering degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, renewable energies, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
Technical Skills: Strong affinity for technical challenges and IT tools (proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems).
Project Management: Proven ability to effectively coordinate complex projects, meet strict deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Soft Skills: Dynamic, highly enthusiastic about future-oriented renewable energy projects, possessing excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Languages: French speaker, with excellent proficiency in German OR English.
