pOn behalf of our Client, an international pharma company based in canton Lucerne, we are looking for anAssociate Supply Chain Specialist, Distribution. /p pIn this role, you willwork closely with above site supply chain team, local quality, tech transfer, project planning teams, import/export department and manufacturing operations as well as other self-directed work teams in the site’s value stream. /p pGeneral Information: /p ul liStart date: ASAP /li liLatest start date: January 2027 /li liDuration: 1 year /li liExtension: possible, to be discussed /li liContract: temporary contract via Randstad (employment) /li liLocation: canton Lucerne /li liWorkload: 100% /li liHome office: possible, hybrid role /li /ul pTasks Responsibilities: /p ul liInitiate and coordinate of all material shipments for Schachen Biotech (drug substance, process intermediate samples, PCC materials, etc.). /li liDistribution activities are aligned in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. export/Import departments, manufacturing operations, project planning teams, receiving site). /li liPrepare shipping documents for export and import to the destination country in accordance with the Global Trade Compliance Standard and Good Distribution Practices (packing lists, dangerous goods declaration, issuing Certificates of Origin, entries in GTAS, price establishment for customs, etc.). /li liEnsure compliance with country-specific import requirements, qualification of supply lane and availability of import / distribution license. /li liServe as the main point of contact and advisor for both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support for distribution topics. /li liContribute to a standardized shipping technology platform. Support local shipping technology qualifications. /li liOversight of local drug substance / process intermediate samples inventory and storage capacity (annual capacity / occupancy forecast, cycle counting, disposal requests, etc.). /li liCoordinate material movements from internal to external storage and vice versa. /li liCoordinate and execute material movements for on site cold chain material in accordance with the utility maintenance plan. /li liSupport the supply chain team with GMP documentation (memos, SOPs, work instructions, etc) /li liSupport supply chain team on quality and compliance related issues through supplier change notifications, investigations, change controls, quality risk assessments etc. /li liBuild an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure value is created and delivered for the site. /li liInitiate and formulate proposals / business cases for improvement projects including deliverables and planning for the development and implementation of proposed improvements. /li /ul pYour profile: /p ul li3- 5 years experience within trade compliance, logistics or operations role within a pharmaceutical company. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain and logistics is an advantage. /li liExcellent command of English, both written and verbal – ability to work within all levels of the organisation from shopfloor staff to site leadership team. /li liGood influencing / collaboration skills and teamwork mindset. /li liStrong analytical and priority management skills. /li liAbility to execute small projects to agreed timelines. /li liExcellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset. /li liComputer literate with advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel. /li liSAP knowledge is an advantage. /li liPromoting a culture where diversity and inclusion is supported. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
