The Fashion & Luxury Team at Randstad Professionals is currently recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager on behalf of a prestigious Premium Fashion Brand. This position will oversee operations at the brand’s corner within the KaDeWe department store in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Management: Monitor and analyze KPIs (turnover, conversion rate, UPT, and ATV), implementing effective strategies to drive sales and performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the store team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and results.
- Clienteling: Enhance the customer journey by implementing CRM strategies and building long-term loyalty with both local and international clients.
- Operations: Supervise daily store activities, including inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
- Brand Image: Guarantee that the store’s visual presentation and atmosphere consistently reflect the brand’s identity and guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience as a Store Manager / Concession Manager / Assistant Store Manager within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
Salary Package: €50,000–€55,000 gross annual salary + MBO
