For our client, Jabil Switzerland Manufacturing GmbH, we are looking for temporary staff, such as:

Manufacturing Engineer

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
2. Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
3. Collaborate in creating Validation Plans and Reports.
4. Create and execute validation activities for manufacturing equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ).
5. Collaborate in executing Engineering Studies for the optimization of manufacturing processes.
6. Apply statistical methods to evaluate process capabilities in relation to established standards.
7. Utilize verbal and written communication skills in periodic reports and presentations both internally and with customers.
8. Perform analytical problem solving and utilize structured decision-making skills.

Qualifications

Your profile:

1. Diploma in technical matter; preferred Mechanics.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in industrial environment, medical device or pharma preferred.
3. Experience in high regulated environment (knowledge of standards such as ISO13485, GAMP 5).
4. Fluent in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
5. Proficient in MS Office, Minitab, SAP is a plus.

The role is based in Mezzovico and will be limited to approx. 8 months.
