The Circle Logistic Solutions Basel & Kaiseraugst provides business services, delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions, and identifies trends at an early stage. Providing simple and straightforward access to various services for all employees is a core objective of Logistic Solutions. Logistic Solutions addresses diverse requirements with its expertise, ensuring operational relief, effective utilization of existing assets, and compliant procedures. Logistic Solutions handles goods and shipments entering the site, being stored and distributed here, or leaving the location. As a GxP Support Specialist, you will ensure compliance with all GxP requirements within Logistic Solutions in Basel and Kaiseraugst. In addition to local logistics processes at both sites, this includes ensuring compliance requirements for the global active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) warehouse in Basel, as well as handling deviations and changes within the GxP environment. During customer audits and inspections, you will actively and independently represent the GxP logistics processes you support. In collaboration with our quality functions, you will serve as the interface to the business functions as well as our customers and partners. The perfect candidate

Tasks & Responsibilities
Supporting the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP-related matters. Versatile deployment across the different GxP areas of Logistic Solutions at the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites. Taking ownership and responsibility for processing deviations and changes in Veeva. Implementing GxP processes within the GxP-relevant circles of Logistic Solutions Basel and Kaiseraugst, including the associated processing of process documentation. Actively supporting audits and inspections, as well as independently presenting relevant GxP processes during audits and inspections. Proactively contributing to process optimizations and quality improvements. Must-Haves
Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the field of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics. Ideally several years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP sector, combined with a deep affinity for logistical processes. Experience in GxP deviation and change management. Experience in presenting during GxP customer and regulatory inspections. Experience in processing GxP documentation. Interest in technical processes as well as an affinity for handling IT systems; knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) is an advantage. Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level). A high degree of structured and independent working methods, combined with strong customer orientation and a professional, proactive approach to all stakeholders. Excellent team and interpersonal skills, alongside a team-oriented mindset. A high degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment.
