Electronic Hardware Engineer . The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in electronics and printed
circuit board (PCB) design , as well as a genuine passion for innovation and product development. Reporting to the R&D team, the successful candidate will have the following
main responsibilities: Design & Development:
Design and develop electronic equipment and embedded software for new products, from the design phase through validation and industrialization. Innovation : Contribute to the development of innovative technical concepts and actively participate in the creation of the next generation of the company's products and technologies. Needs analysis:
Analyze customer and product requirements, translate them into technical specifications and define the associated validation and testing plans. Circuit design: Designing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) while ensuring compliance with quality, reliability, industrialization requirements and applicable standards. Testing & Integration : Develop, test and validate hardware solutions while contributing to the integration of embedded software. P roduct lifecycle : Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products, including by identifying and qualifying alternatives for obsolete or unavailable electronic components. Quality & Documentation : Ensuring the quality of product development through rigorous documentation, design reviews, testing and complete traceability throughout the development cycle. Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with the Software, Product Management, Production, Sourcing, Sales and After-Sales Service teams to develop robust solutions adapted to market needs. Industrialization : Participate in the industrialization of new products by defining and validating manufacturing and testing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to production. Your profile
Education : Engineering degree in electronics or in an equivalent technical field. Experience : Minimum 3 years of professional experience in electronic hardware development. Proven experience in the design and development of electronic circuits
and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for industrial or embedded applications; component selection and hardware validation. Experience in product development,
from the design phase to prototyping, testing and industrialization. Experience with electronic manufacturing processes,
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
and environmental standards is a plus. Comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with Software, Mechanical and Production teams.
