Are you our new team member?

We are looking for a new Associate Specialist in Talent Management.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying skill gaps among operational talent and reporting findings to leadership to optimize overall talent utilization.
  • Conducting thorough talent assessments to identify high-potential operational professionals suited for specialized or advanced positions.
  • Assisting in creating tailored professional development plans focused on continuous skill enhancement and career growth opportunities.
  • Sourcing, identifying, and matching operational talents with appropriate short-term, project-based, or long-term job opportunities and assignments.
  • Actively networking and utilizing modern sourcing strategies to develop and maintain a robust, highly qualified pool of operational talent.
  • Managing and supporting the complete HR lifecycle for talents on long-term assignments or specialized contracts (including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding).
  • Preparing and delivering regular updates to clients regarding talent development initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization.
  • Supporting time-tracking, compliance, and payroll data preparation for contract and project-based talents to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Language proficiency in
  • German and English
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, HR administration, or a dual payroll/recruiter function.
  • Proven understanding of the HR cycle for contract, temporary, or project-based workforces.
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate skills, identify potential, and map individuals to specialized roles.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding HR compliance, data management, and payroll coordination.
