About Randstad's Client Our client is a well-established company based in Zürich seeking two professional, experienced team members to support their ongoing operations within pension fund administration on a mandate level.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage corporate pension funds on a mandate level, utilizing specialized software (xPlan).
Prepare annual financial statements and handle all relevant structural and personal mutations.
Manage and process benefit cases, including disability, retirements, and death.
Provide professional advice and support to insured members, employers, and various corporate stakeholders.
Cooperate actively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to and collaborate on ongoing projects as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Several years of professional experience (up to 5 years preferred) in the administration and management of pension funds.
IT Skills: MS Windows 10, Microsoft Applications, and MS Teams.
Professional, hands‑on experience using xPlan.
Highly independent, structured, and organized approach to work.
