Responsibilities:
- Own our e-commerce products (online shop) across all markets.
- Shape the product roadmap based on the product vision in close collaboration with leadership and the rest of the product team.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their needs through direct conversations, surveys, analytics, and feedback from sales, account management, and operations teams, and translating those into product requirements.
- Manage priorities and the product backlog to ensure focus on the most impactful tasks.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and customer-facing stakeholders to ship impactful features.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency, and orchestrate product-related decision-making processes.
- Facilitate a productive working model and agile development process in collaboration with engineering counterparts.
- Collaborate with the product team on platform-wide initiatives and features.
- Foster a culture of transparency and communication, challenging others while allowing them to challenge you to deliver the best results.
- Orchestrate the go-live and roll-out of features with internal stakeholders and excite customers about them.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing customer-facing software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching B2C e-commerce products and expertise in optimizing commercial performance.
- Deep experience leading the entire software product development cycle, from discovery to post-launch support.
- Experience with Agile product development processes and tools like Product Board, Jira, Notion, or similar.
- Analytical and data-informed, with a focus on using numbers and facts to frame and sell ideas.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems pragmatically and resourcefully.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
