We're building something ambitious - and we're looking for a high-potential generalist to help drive it forward from day one.
As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder on strategic and operational priorities. You’ll gain deep exposure across company building, fundraising, execution, and problem-solving - in a role designed to accelerate your trajectory.
Tasks
- Tackle high-priority projects across operations, product, and go-to-market
- Own tasks end-to-end: from research and planning to execution
- Build and implement scalable internal tools and workflows
- Work closely with the founders - supporting decision-making, anticipating needs, and helping turn ideas into action
Requirements
Must-Haves
- At least a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, startup, scale-up, VC, finance, etc.) - high-impact internships will also be considered.
- Based in Germany or willing to relocate
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience & interest in AI (Claude Co-Work, Lovable etc.)
