About the Job
The FBP provides holistic financial support to his/her BU by:
- Monitoring & controlling the short and mid-term business financial performance.
- Contributing to strategic/business development files financial evaluation within his/her BU.
- Providing support to the Finance Operation teams in managing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes through transparent information exchanges.
- Making necessary links with regional stakeholders for the represented perimeter and contributing to the BU transversal projects as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Participates in the BU strategy definitions at the local level and supports management in decision-making processes by providing finance expertise.
- Be the process owner for strategic planning, budget, and forecast.
- Be responsible for the financial management of the BU P&L.
- Co-pilot and challenge the business investments and resource allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures, and operational analysis.
- Streamline reporting processes and enhance tools improvements.
- Together with BU Head, be responsible for the Demand to Cash related processes: Commercial Policies & Contracting, Tender Management, Revenue recognition, Gross to net (including SISO), DSO.
- Ensure compliance of all internal control processes with his/her perimeter.
- Prepare AIF elements and Purchase Price allocation of acquisition.
- Ensure and validate proper financial assumptions for projects related to the BU.
- Ensure proper interaction with South Cone CFO and Controlling Head.
- Share the following elements with his/her BU: Macro-economic, general business & financial environment updates, performance updates from the GBU, review of main business projects & investments, risk management, compliance and internal control, workforce planning, talent management.
About You
- Experience: 3-5 years of controlling experience.
- Soft Skills: strategic thinking; strong analytical skills; excel proficiency; demonstrate capacity to interact efficiently with Regional Management; ability to handle confidential information; ability to manage ambiguity and work in a complex matrix environment.
- Education: Administration university degree.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
