Process Engineer - Cavitation Tech & Pilot-Scale in Eberswalde

To support our sales team, we are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join us as soon as possible in the role of Assistant to the Internal Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Internal Sales Manager in day-to-day operations
• Organising and coordinating appointments, meetings and internal processes
• Preparing analyses, presentations and reports
• Assisting with the management and optimisation of sales processes
• Communicating with customers, partners and internal departments
• Maintaining customer data and sales documentation in the CRM system
• Preparing quotations, statistics and decision-making materials
• Assisting with projects and special tasks within sales

What we are looking for

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in internal sales or an assistant role would be an advantage
• Organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Ability to work in a team, discretion and reliability
• Business fluency in spoken and written English
• Good command of spoken and written German
